2008 Channel E - Aims

At Channel E last week, we checked out some great verses in Colossians and came up with a few things to aim for this year!

- A life that honors God!
- Pleasing God by how we live/by doing good!
- Getting to know God better!
- God helping us to endure anything!
- Being truly happy!

Colossians 1:9-11

We have not stopped praying for you since the first day we heard about you. In fact, we always pray that God will show you everything he wants you to do and that you may have all the wisdom and understanding that his spirit gives. Then you will live a life that honors the Lord, and you will always please him by doing good deeds. You will come to know God even better. His glorious power will make you patient and strong enough to endure anything, and you will be truly happy.

We had a great day hanging out at the beach! The weather was hot, the water was warm, and the takeaways were good too! Most of us braved a jump or two off the Days Bay wharf...We had to keep a bit of an eye on the jellyfish tho!!!
